01- Open your browser and go to: http://sacoa.zendesk.com
02- Create your user and password or log in with your credentials
03- You should see the following screen. Next to your name, you will have "Submit a request" in order to create a new support ticket.
On the same screen, you can also access our knowledge guides about all our products.
04- If you click on your name, you can see details of your user; also, you can take a look at your Requests
05- Once you click on Request, you can take a look or make a follow-up on your ongoing ticket.
